Serving the legal profession to improve results in an uncertain environment.
Clients and law firms are continuing their conversation about the management and cost of legal services with accelerating intensity. Law firms and corporate legal departments must function under more restrictive fiscal constraints, and justify exactly what is being spent and why. They are expected to accomplish more by going beyond assessing what legal work is done to focusing on how it is done. Now legal services are about value, results, and return on investment. Speaking the language both of clients and law firms, QLex helps companies and lawyers reach common ground with regard to their business relationship. See Perspectives where we present some of our ideas.
