QLex draws from a national network of seasoned affiliates who are deeply engaged in providing advisory services to the legal industry. Nearly all of our colleagues have practiced law; those lacking law degrees have spent at least 20 years supporting lawyers in executive positions in law firms and corporate legal departments. All have practical business experience, and are committed to deliver useful high-impact services to the legal profession.
If an affiliate participates in a QLex engagement, work is conducted under the QLex umbrella, and we are responsible for all aspects of the engagement. All affiliates are subject to confidentiality agreements with QLex and fully understand privilege and conflict of interest issues.
Our fee structure reflects our commitment to align our pricing with our client's budgets and perception of value. Our work is generally fixed fee, based on an agreed-upon scope and project plan.
